artist billy tackett

I swear, the first time I ever saw Mr Tackett, my jaw must have hit the floor and bounced twice. Add about 50 pounds to his person, and you have my Michael Devon. Billy’s doing the artwork for the Apex Publications Harlan County Horror project – can’t wait to see it!! Here’s a picture of me and Billy taken (by artist Judi Davidson) at ChattaCon.
