adopt a cat
get good readers

find time for good, solid sleep
learn to knit

Good advice. I might add, caffeine helps in the morning. :)
if and only if you can tolerate caffeine. i can’t which is why i didn’t suggest it. caffeine aggravates my arthritis and it puts me to sleep. the upside is that it works wonders when i have a migraine!
Fantastic advice, but instead of knitting, can I draw cartoons or maybe study Japanese?
